Short version: You pay £79, you give us a URL, we send you a senior-level SEO audit by email within minutes. You can cancel before we start the analysis. Once the audit has been delivered, the work is complete and refunds are not available, except where required by your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
These are the terms on which we sell SEO audit reports to you through bumpupseo.com. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully.
We are BumpUp SEO, an independent business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@bumpupseo.com.
You are the person or business placing the order. If you are placing the order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
These terms apply to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and to businesses purchasing for trade purposes. Where consumer law gives you stronger rights than these terms, the law prevails.
For a one-off payment of £79 (GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable), we will:
robots.txt.The audit is generated using a combination of our own analysis logic and a large-language-model API, as described in our Privacy Policy. It reflects publicly available information about your site at the moment of the crawl. It is not a substitute for ongoing SEO management, link-building, content writing, or technical implementation work.
Your order is an offer to buy an audit from us on these terms. The contract between us is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email and our payment processor confirms your payment. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order (for example, the URL you submitted is not reachable or is on a blocklist), we will tell you and refund your payment in full.
You must provide a valid email address and a URL that you own or are authorised to have audited. By submitting a URL you confirm that.
The price for an audit is £79. We may change this price at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout when you confirmed payment.
Payment is taken in full at the point of order. We accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe, our PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor. Your card data is processed by Stripe and is never seen or stored by us.
If you are a UK business customer, we will provide a VAT-style receipt suitable for accounting purposes on request. BumpUp SEO is not currently VAT-registered; this may change in future and we will update this clause when it does.
We aim to deliver the audit within ten minutes of payment confirmation. In practice, most audits are delivered in two to five minutes. If your audit has not been delivered within 24 hours, please email hello@bumpupseo.com with your order email address and we will investigate.
The audit is delivered by a signed download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The link is valid for 30 days and can be re-issued on request.
If you change your mind before we begin generating your audit, email us within 30 minutes of your purchase at hello@bumpupseo.com. If the audit has not yet been delivered, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
The audit is supplied as digital content under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By placing your order, you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and you acknowledge that, once delivered, you lose your statutory 14-day right of cancellation under regulation 29(1) of those Regulations. You will be asked to confirm this acknowledgement at checkout.
Once your audit has been generated and the download link has been sent to your email, the audit is considered delivered and the work is complete. No refunds are available after this point, except in the limited circumstances set out below where required by your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your audit is genuinely faulty in this statutory sense, contact us within a reasonable period with specifics and we will, at our discretion and to the extent required by law, either re-run the audit at no extra cost or provide a refund of the amount paid.
For the avoidance of doubt, an audit is not "faulty" or "not as described" simply because:
We provide expert analysis and recommendations based on the information available at the time of the audit. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic outcomes, or any commercial result. Search engines change their algorithms and competitors change their websites; both are outside our control.
You may not use BumpUp SEO to audit:
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our absolute discretion and to refund any payment associated with a refused order.
The audit report we deliver to you is licensed, not sold. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the audit and its recommendations internally and to share it with employees, contractors, and clients of the audited business. You may not:
All branding, copy, design, and code on bumpupseo.com is owned by BumpUp SEO and protected by UK and international copyright. You may not copy, reuse, or imitate it without written permission.

We do not promise:
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Subject to the above, our total liability to you under or in connection with any single audit is limited to the price you paid for that audit (£79). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
This clause reflects the modest price of the service and the fact that you remain in full control of whether and how to implement any recommendation.
We aim to keep the site and the audit runner available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, or to comply with a legal request. We will give reasonable notice where this is practical.
If the service is unavailable at the time you try to order, no contract is formed and no payment is taken.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page at the moment you placed it. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live or in the courts of England and Wales. We may only bring proceedings against you in the courts of the country where you live.
If you are a business customer, you and we both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
UK consumers may also use the government's consumer protection service or, for disputes not resolved between us, an alternative dispute resolution provider.
For any question about these terms, your order, or your audit, email hello@bumpupseo.com. We aim to reply within one working day.
